How do I set up a web site?

A web site is automatically created for you when you sign up to use our service. You can find it at www.yourusername.uko2.co.uk for example, if your uko2 e-mail address is joe@uko2.co.uk, then your web space would be www.joe.uko2.co.uk.

I've created some web space but it won't allow me to FTP to it, what could be wrong?

1. You must be using a uko2 UK ISP dial up connection to access your free web space.
2. Web space only becomes available for FTP 24hrs from when you create it.

How do I access my user control panel?

You can access your user control panel directly by clicking on this URL - http://signup.uko2.co.uk/admin. You will need to have your uko2 username and password ready.

How do I set up more free POP3 addresses?

Login to your user control panel and select "Add an Account" from the menu.

How do I access my free email account via webmail?

You can access your email account by clicking on 'webmail' link on uko2 homepage or by going direct to the webmail URL, which is http://webmail.uko2.co.uk. We suggest that you bookmark it for future reference.

What do I have to pay to use uko2 UK ISP?

Nothing directly. You use an 0844 dial-up number to dial up to the Internet with uko2 UK ISP. This is charged to your phone bill as a local rate call. Charges are:

Daytime - 3p per minute
Evening - 1p per minute
Weekend - 1p per minute

We make a fraction of a penny per minute of your use. This enables us to provide everything else free of charge.

What is Spam?
